As noted by the photos, it is far from being "Everlasting". I think a better name would of been "30minutelasting". Once he got it to the point as seen in the photo, it was over, he was able to rip it apart at will. There is now only a small 3" piece left of this toy that he has no real interest in anymore.
Instead of this product, if you have a heavy chewer, jump over to eBay and search for used tennis balls. I've picked up 100 used tennis balls for under $30 shipped twice now (one box for my dog, other for my Mom's dog). At 33 cents a pop they are cheap and last just as long, if not longer than the "Everlasting" chew toy.
